We\u2019re super excited to introduce our new section: DIY SHORTS hosted by filmfestaachen<\/a> in collaboration with artbewegt <\/a>schrittmacher festival <\/a>and cinesud<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 a new super short film competition for the Euregio Region, inviting any level of professionals to just create!

Selected films will be \u2026<\/strong>
\u2026 screened at filmfestaachen<\/a>\u00a02026 (23-27 September 2026); filmmakers\/performers are invited to the festival and receive a festival pass

\u2026 presented at the Euregio Film Forum in Heerlen (15\u201316 January 2027), where filmmakers can take part in the Talent Day and the FilMatch speed-dating program, connecting with producers, filmmakers, and other industry professionals, by cinesud.nl<\/a>

\u2026 invited to the schrittmacher_festival<\/a>\u00a0(16 February\u201321 March 2027) young talent network program

Details for submission:<\/strong>
\u2022 Maximum running time: 2 minutes
\u2022 All films need to have a connection to the theme Body\/Movement\/Performance.
\u2022 Open to individuals and teams connected to the Euregio Region
\u2022 Submit via e-mail submission@filmfestaachen.de; deadline: 1 September (submissions are now open)
\u2022 For non-English-language films\/clips: English subtitles
