Whilst other aspects of life, such as family, try to intrude on the daily work routine, <\/span><b>Human Resource<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> offers an incredibly precise analysis of the logic of evaluation in wage labour.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To expire means<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to burn out. And it is precisely this gut feeling that you take away from this film: an unsettling, oppressive, almost dehumanising view of these characters, who are not all that different from us.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\"><br \/>___________________________________________<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Luft ist k\u00fchl und d\u00fcnn, 9-to-5, am besten 9-to-6, oder so lange, wie es eben braucht, die Arbeit fertig zu kriegen. <\/span><b>Human Resource<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> erz\u00e4hlt von der Arbeit mit Talent \u2013 und von dessen Ausbeutung, denn: Der Film handelt vom Personalmanagement eines kompetitiven thail\u00e4ndischen Unternehmens, in dem Menschen genauso sehr verwertbar gemacht werden wie Tinte in den Druckern. W\u00e4hrend sich weitere Nebenschaupl\u00e4tze wie Privat- und Familienleben versuchen, in den Arbeitsalltag einzumischen, zeigt <\/span><b>Human Ressource<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> eine ungemein pr\u00e4zise Diagnostik der Wertungslogik in der Lohnarbeit.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To expire means<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to burn out. Und mit genau diesem Bauchgef\u00fchl geht man aus diesem Film.
