The older brother finds an unexpected sense of freedom in reconnecting with his father\u2019s killer\u2019s son, while the younger, largely mute after witnessing the murder, retreats into solitude and the mysterious presence of a giant tree. The forest becomes a space beyond judgement, where grief and freedom can coexist. As time passes and the landscape itself changes, the film remains suspended between past and future, loss and liberation, leaving its characters and us without easy answers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">______________________________________<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #00ffff;\">Nach der Ermordung ihres Vaters bleiben zwei Br\u00fcder zwischen Trauer, Trauma und einer ungewissen Zukunft schwebend zur\u00fcck. Die einzigartige visuelle Textur des Films entsteht durch ents\u00e4ttigte Farben, abrupte Wechsel in der kompositorischen Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung und ein markantes Zusammenspiel von statischer und handgef\u00fchrter Kameraarbeit. Seine Bilder scheinen zwischen verschiedenen Bewusstseinszust\u00e4nden zu schweben, in denen Erinnerung, Vorstellungskraft und Realit\u00e4t still ineinander \u00fcbergehen. Der Film verweigert definitive moralische Aussagen und l\u00e4sst stattdessen seine Figuren und ihre Beziehungen ungel\u00f6st. Der \u00e4ltere Bruder findet ein unerwartetes Gef\u00fchl von Freiheit, als er sich wieder mit dem Sohn des M\u00f6rders seines Vaters verbindet, w\u00e4hrend der j\u00fcngere, seit dem Miterleben des Mordes weitgehend verstummt, sich in die Einsamkeit und die geheimnisvolle Pr\u00e4senz eines riesigen Baumes zur\u00fcckzieht. Der Wald wird zu einem Raum jenseits des Urteils, in dem Trauer und Freiheit nebeneinander bestehen k\u00f6nnen.
