Whilst The Blair Witch Project \u2013 and to some extent Paranormal Activity \u2013 sowed the seeds of doubt \u2013 \u2018Are we really watching found footage here?\u2019 or, to put it simply: \u2018Is this real?\u2019 \u2013 yet more recent films such as [REC] (2007, Jaume Balaguer\u00f3 &amp; Paco Plaza) do away with this pretence and make full use of the \u2018shaky camera\u2019 genre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00ff00;\">This is also true of the film About A Place in The Kinki Region!, based on a graphic novel. A film that, after a long time, brings such terror back to cinemas \u2026 In doing so, it makes use of the serial nature of digital spaces and the clip-like structure of video cassettes, effectively telling a long series of short horror films, within which lies a worthy homage to the J-horror classics.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00ff00;\">__________________________________________<strong>_<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00ff00;\"><strong>Was wenn Horor aber Found Footage?<\/strong> Sowohl Found-Footage-Horror als auch die neuere \u201eAnalog Horror\u201c-Variante k\u00f6nnen mitunter die angsteinfl\u00f6\u00dfendsten Filme sein. Zwar wurde mit <em>The Blair Witch Project<\/em> und zuteilen auch <em>Paranormal Activity<\/em> noch die Saat des Zweifels ges\u00e4t \u2013 \u201eSehen wir hier wirklich gefundenes Material?\u201c oder, simpel gesagt: \u201eIst das echt?\u201c \u2013, so befreien sich neuere Filme wie <em>[REC]<\/em> (2007, Jaume Balaguer\u00f3 &amp; Paco Plaza) von diesem Vorwand und nutzen das Genre der \u201eWackelkamera\u201c zur G\u00e4nze aus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00ff00;\">So auch der auf einem graphicnovel basierende Film Kinki!
