He used his &#8222;Visual Screams&#8220; to challenge the status quo on issues ranging from fascism and nuclear power to homophobia and social injustice. By doing so, he radically reclaimed public space as a vital arena for political participation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The film moves beyond Aachen to his later years in Cologne.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>____________________________________________<br \/><br \/><br \/>\u201eVisual Screams\u201c beleuchtet das provokante Leben und Verm\u00e4chtnis von Klaus Paier (1945\u20132009), einem vision\u00e4ren Pionier der deutschen Street-Art.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend seines Physikstudiums an der RWTH Aachen entdeckte Paier die Hausw\u00e4nde als das ultimative Medium f\u00fcr seinen politischen Aktivismus. Mit seinen \u201eVisual Screams\u201c stellte er den Status quo in Fragen wie Faschismus, Atomkraft, Homophobie und sozialer Ungerechtigkeit in Frage.
